For all membership Certificates and cards, once we get your order it's usually out the door the same day via USPS, (if before mail pick-up) or the next day if it is after. Excluding Sundays of course.
For all other items such as mugs or clothing, we have them custom printed just for you. We always get them to the printer the same day, usually in minutes. They have usually (95% of the time) been printed and sent by the printer in two business days. 3 days has been the longest so far. They are sent via USPS, which usually delivers in 3 - 5 business days.
For non-US purchasers, our partners are a global network of printing locations, and your order is dispatched to the one who has inventory and can print it fastest. They have a pretty good track record of shipping items within two to three days. But note that the delivery time is dependent on the method of shipping you chose and the capacity of that country's mail delivery systems.
